Something to sit with this week… 🔥

One of the most revealing things you can do is spend a day observing yourself without judgment.

Not changing anything. Not fixing anything. Just watching.

Notice what you automatically reach for when you’re stressed. What you do with unstructured time. The thought that arrives first when something goes wrong. The way you speak to yourself in the quiet moments when nobody else can hear.

Most of us, when we do this honestly, discover that a significant portion of our daily experience is less chosen than we assumed. Not because we’re not self-aware — often the most reflective people are surprised by how much is still running on automatic.

Awareness is not the enemy of these patterns. It’s the very thing that makes choice possible.

    This week’s prompt:

What pattern in your daily life — a habit, a default response, a way of managing your inner state — do you notice running most automatically? When did it become so familiar that you stopped questioning it?

Share as much or as little as feels right. Even the smallest observation is worth something here. 💛
