July — tender, honest, genuinely brave. 🔥

This month asked something real of us. Grief — in all its forms, especially the quieter ones — is not comfortable territory. Most of us have been taught to move through it quickly, to find the lesson, to look on the bright side, to hold ourselves to a timeline that doesn’t actually match how grief works.

What this month offered was something different: permission to acknowledge what we’re carrying. To name it — even privately, even just to ourselves. To stop treating unresolved grief as a character flaw and start treating it as an honest, human experience that deserves some real attention.

If you named something this month — even quietly, even in a way nobody else saw — that is genuinely meaningful work. Grief that gets acknowledged begins to move. Grief that stays unnamed tends to stay stuck.

As we step into August, we’re taking the openness that this month has created and moving toward something that requires it: Embracing Vulnerability. What it means to let yourself be genuinely seen. The strength that lives in honesty. How allowing people to actually know you — the real version — changes the quality of your connections and your life.

I think this month is going to be a powerful one.

Drop a comment — what’s one thing you’re carrying forward from July? 💛

    See you in August. 🔥
