June — the quietest month of winter. And in many ways, this one asked the most of us. 🔥

Because self-compassion is easy to understand and genuinely difficult to live. Most of us already know it as a concept — and yet that inner voice, in the private moments, tends to tell a different story.

What this month invited was something more honest than simply agreeing that self-compassion is a good idea. It invited us to actually look at the gap — to notice where the inner critic runs, what it’s been protecting, and what it might mean to start building something kinder alongside it.

That’s not small work. That’s some of the most significant work there is.

If you caught yourself being a little gentler with yourself even once this month — in a moment that nobody else saw, in a private conversation with your own experience — that matters. That’s the practice. That’s where the change actually lives.

As we move into July, we’re taking this new quality of self-compassion into some of the deeper places — Healing Unresolved Grief. Not just the obvious losses, but the quieter ones. The transitions, the chapters that closed, the things we’ve been carrying longer than we’ve acknowledged.

We’ll walk through it gently, honestly, and together.

Drop a comment — what’s one thing you’re taking forward from June? 💛

    See you in July. 🔥
